BALL NOZZLES

These nozzles are specifically designed for surface treatment, but can also be used for other applications. The holders are easy to install.

M1 Holder

  • Pipe clamp easy to install

  • Corrosion resistant

  • Heat resistant

  • Chemical resistant

  • 3 pipe hole sizes: 14 mm, 17 mm and 19 mm

  • Suitable for 1”, 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2” pipes

  • Up to 4 bar with 1 clamp; for higher pressure, a version with 2 clamps is available

  • Interchangeable ball nozzles available in full cone, hollow cone and flat spray patterns

  • Adjustable within an angle of 45°

M3 Holder

  • Male thread: 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2"

  • Can be used where M1 holders are not suitable: pipes smaller than 1” or larger than 2”

  • Corrosion resistant

  • Heat resistant

  • Chemical resistant

  • Interchangeable ball nozzles available in full cone, hollow cone and flat spray patterns

  • Adjustable within an angle of 45°

Ball nozzless

  • One-piece ball nozzles

  • Suitable for M1 and M3 holders

  • Various combinations of spray angles and flow rates available

  • Threaded versions available for use with other spray systems

Quick Change Nozzles

  • Two-piece design: 1 ball and 1 spray tip

  • Only the spray tip needs to be replaced, allowing the spray position to remain unchanged

  • Suitable for M1 and M3 holders

  • Various combinations of spray angles and flow rates available

Pipe Fittings

  • High-quality injection-moulded fitting that can be efficiently mounted on existing piping

  • Made of polypropylene, highly resistant to a wide range of corrosive and acidic chemicals

  • Operates up to 10.3 bar at temperatures from 0 to 130°C

  • Suitable for various pipe diameters

  • Equipped with a clamp for fast and efficient installation
