CIP - Cleaning in place
Cleaning in Place (CIP) nozzles are designed for the automatic cleaning of the interior of tanks, pipelines, and equipment without disassembly. Their primary function is to efficiently distribute cleaning agents and water throughout all areas of an installation, ensuring hygiene and process integrity.
CIP21
-
Cluster nozzle with full cone spray pattern
-
Small droplet size
-
21 individual nozzles
-
360° spray coverage
-
By adjusting the flow rate of the 21 nozzles, a wide range of capacities can be achieved
CIP15
-
Cluster nozzle with full cone spray pattern
-
Small droplet size
-
15 individual nozzles
-
230° spray coverage
-
By adjusting the flow rate of the 15 nozzles, a wide range of capacities can be achieved
CL7
-
Cluster nozzle with full cone spray pattern
-
Standard droplet size and low flow rate
-
7 individual nozzles
-
270° spray coverage
-
By adjusting the flow rate of the 7 nozzles, a wide range of capacities can be achieved
DWN19
-
Cluster nozzle with full cone spray pattern
-
Standard droplet size and low flow rate
-
19 individual nozzles
-
360° spray coverage
-
By adjusting the flow rate of the 19 nozzles, a wide range of capacities can be achieved
KN9
-
Cluster nozzle with full cone spray pattern
-
Small droplet size and low flow rate
-
9 individual nozzles
-
360° spray coverage
-
By adjusting the flow rate of the 9 nozzles, a wide range of capacities can be achieved
PU
-
Hollow cone spray pattern using an external pin deflector
-
Relatively uniform distribution at low pressure
-
Produces larger droplets than a standard hollow cone spray
-
Standard spray angle: 164°
-
3/4" male thread
-
The pin deflector is spring-loaded and lifts under pressure. When the pressure decreases, the deflector returns to its lower position to prevent contamination.
